Sucks this is the ONLY electric company in Clarksville! Employees are rude, service is horrible, system updates take YEARS! Smh! They harrass you for payments but you can never get in contact with them for help! Something seriously needs to change! Wish I could select 'zero' stars!

Came to Clarksville from Wisconsin. Sad to say that out in the middle of nowhere I can get 10 times better internet at the least. We pay for 200 MBPS internet speed and, if lucky, get 10.

After being one of the first customers to sign up for lightband services when they first began and sticking it out with them even though the television service is not good, I am now ready to give up on them. I received my bill for December and was shocked to see a $9 increase in the television service portion of my telecommunications charges. This was extremely distressing because it was the 2nd increase in 6 months for a service that is very inferior. The Internet service is fine and the telephone service is adequate, but the television service is a work in progress and deserves no increased fees!!!

terrible service

I have never recieved worse customer service. Or rather there is no customer service. dont use cde internet it is a joke over priced and pathetic customer service. there isnt a rating low enough to describe cde. this company should be ashamed I am certaintly ashamed to have used it.

If you lose internet or cable on the weekend do not expect help. They will charge you but do not expect any service. They cut there phones off and call it for the weekend. Then when you complain they can care less and have their hand out for payment. Worst possible service ever in history. Do not expect help after 430pm friday and then good luck during the week.
