The office staff is very helpful with appointment setting and bill paying, but my last treatment left me with a numb mouth an no service. I came in for fillings and experienced sensitivity after receiving two injections of novacaine. I was then informed to reschedule due to the dentist's time constraint, as opposed to, the time I spent to keep the appointment. To add insult to injury, I had to leave with a numb mouth and no treatment, what a waste of time. If time was a major factor, why not tell me before beginning treatment?
