Hoping I will get a response from Zip Appliance LLC on here since I can't seem to reach them by phone? I noticed they responded to the negative remarks... We wrote a check to the tech on 11/2/12 for a part & they have yet to repair the washer! We received a call that the part was in...I have sat home at least 4 times when he said he would be here ...no call no show all 4 times...now we have been trying to reach them & the voicemail for the business phone# is full...how convienient! My next call will be to the better business bureau!!! Tired of waiting & really not in the mood for an excuse at this point...we would like our $$$ back! so we can find someone reliable to fix our machine!!! With the economy as poor as it is I would think the company would be striving for customer satisfaction! Thank you very much & we look forward to hearing from you soon!!! Ps. the only reason this is getting any star at all is because the woman on the phone they first time I called was very pleasent!

Arrived a little late but fixed my dryer quickly, price was reasonable and did a nice job .

DO NOT USE ZIP APPLIANCE SERVICES!Technician was RUDE!They scheduled me and never showed up!When they finally did show up, they left and the dryer was still broken!They do not return phone calls!

Very quick service for my refrigerator repair. Technician was very polite and fixed very quickly. Highly recommend.
