Hate that I’m the first bad review on here but I had a scheduled appointment for today (Saturday morning) and no one showed. No call to reschedule, nothing. Called to find out they are closed (even though they state they are open 9-12). Now I’ll continue to go several more days without a working dryer and will most likely try and fix it myself. Unacceptable.

Our Whirlpool dryer wasn't heating up. We phoned Appliance Parts & Service of the Carolinas, greeted on the phone by a friendly staff member who took our dryer model number and had a technician arrive at our location well within 30 minutes of our call. Our technician Joe arrived equipped with possible replacement parts for our heat problem and diagnosed our problem very quickly and had us up in running in no time. WOW!! So glad to have found this FAMILY OWNED business. I am sure that is why Mr. Farr understands something the 'extended warranty' folks at the stores don't seem to get-- two weeks before someone can get here was just unacceptable! Mr. Farr was here the next day, and is professional, knowledgeable, and his fees are more than reasonable! Don't waste time, just call this company first!

Called around and had two businesses refer me to Joe Farr the owner of this company. His rates are low , the parts come with a year warranty and the work is guaranteed for 30 days. He seemed very knowledgeable and fair. I will defiantly recommend this company to everyone.

This company does some of the finest dishwasher, and washing machine repair around and about any other Appliance you can think of. The best prices also. I highly RECOMMEND it!
