My son started Fall of '18 at TAMU. We found out he needed some additional testing or his scholarship for the Air Force would be denied. I called and was immediately so relieved by all the help I received. Patience for this very stressed and upset mom and several phone calls to try to make sure my son got the treatment he needed. They worked tirelessly (and late) to find information for me since I couldn't contact the Air Force myself and my son was unable to call during Freshman Orientation Week.
