This is by far the best groomer that I have found in Colorado Springs. I brought my 5 year old Maltese/Yorkie/toy poodle mix and my 6 month old miniature poodle in to be groomed. The older dog usually hates being groomed (everywhere I've ever taken here except here.) The staff was so sweet and I felt so comfortable leaving my dogs with them. They did SUCH A GREAT JOB! I am so happy to have found this place. It's a little far of a drive since I live pretty far north in the springs but it's so worth it. I will never go anywhere else. Really reasonable prices too!

Wonderful groomers, excellent cuts! I will bring my pets here whenever they need a good cut. The groomers love animals, it's not all about the money. Gayle, four dogs owner.

These gals are great. We brought our 3 terrier/mixes in for a good going over. Ashley did a great job and had them looking better than ever. We were impressed by how well the guys looked afterward! (Are these OUR dogs?!?) To be honest another reviewer had given them a not so positive review; but our experience was just the opposite. Maybe the "reviewer" was a rival groom shop from down the street or someone closely associated with it? OR Maybe someone was just having a bad day. (dunno) WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR EXPERIENCE, and we'll write more updates when it comes time to bring the guys back in!

Nice folks who are offering start-up rates to get their business going, but after 2 visits I couldn't go back. First visit the groomer said she didn't do my dog's ears "because he didn't like it." She didn't say he misbehaved (he's a well-trained dog used to grooming) and I've never had a groomer tell me that before so I didn't know how to reply - I just took him home and trimmed his ears myself. Second visit I asked her not to trim the hair along his sides again (it was her idea to do this and after I saw the result I didn't like it). But the groomer took my comment about his sides to mean I didn't want him trimmed at all - anywhere. I spent 15 minutes the first visit going over how I wanted my dog trimmed, and shouldn't have had to put so much effort into it each time I took him in. That's what customer cards are for.

This place is awesome, they did a fantastic job on my dog. The people were very friendly and professional.
