This Petsmart location is THE BEST! The manager, Charles, is always walking around helping shoppers and petting their dogs. Mine really loves him. The trainer, Shannon Korwek, really knows how to train dogs with love, the proper way! I have had 2 dogs go through the complete training process at this petsmart with Shannon, and they both became stellar k-9 good citizens. This location is the only one I will shop at. It feels like I am visiting family every time I walk through the doors!

I'll preface this by saying I've not used the groomer or vet at this location like the other poor reviews. That said, every time I've gone into this location, the experience has been great. I've been asked if I needed help, I've spoken at length with some staff there for advice on treats, toys, shampoo, food, you name it.

Their knowledge and expertise helped me get the best stuff for my new puppy, and I even signed up for one of their Puppy Classes after watching a trainer do one.

It annoys me every time I go on here to get the phone number and I see the 3 ratings trashing them for the groomer and/or vet when the rest of the store is top notch. I'll be giving the groomer a try for sure. Elsewhere, I've heard nothing but good things.
