I see all the bad reviews so I have to say something. We've had some ups and downs with service but for the price and picking up twice a week I can't complain when they're a day late or one time they didn't come for a couple of weeks. Since that occasion, they have come twice a week with the occasional day late. With money tight the price can't be beat. I don't know how they exist with their low charges. The workers have a hard job picking up everyone's stinky trash so I don't give them any more grief than they already have. I'm just a customer with no ties to any one that works with or owns a garbage company. I appreciate this company for what they and their emplyees do. Thank you!

Horrible, horrible company. They stopped picking up my trash for a month, so I moved to another service. But the bills keep coming. I sent letters to cancel my service, called literally DOZENS of times, but never got an answer and the voice mailbox was always full. Now supposedly I owe then over $300 for services they did not perform and I couldn't reach them to cancel. I can't believe that these people are even in business.

These people should not be in business. I have not had a trash container delivered (requested 2 months ago), despite 7 different phone calls to their office. Woman who answers (if they do answer the phone) constantly lies about when it will be delivered.
If you have options, choose another company - this crowd is the model of how not to run a business.

So upset right now!!! Out of a miracle i got someone on the line who put me on hold 3 times while i was still talking. If u can't provide with at least a decent service just shut the company already geez!!!! THEY ARE NEVER here when they are supposed to be... definitely changing soon!!!!!

Worst company ever. They have destroyed Fire Department property with their trucks and refuse to fix the problem.

Every week they miss a day to come pick up my trash then charged me over 40 $ because I was a couple days late. Starting to look for another company!!

No garbage pickup going on 3 weeks! Won't answer phone! Running out of garbage cans with no hope in site!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They will not pick up the roll off that they delivered me. You cannot reach them on the phone, it goes straight to voice mail and voice mail is full so you can't leave a message. I sure that is on purpose because they know they are horrible and should be shut down. I guess next step is to contact an attorney so I can get results.

The worst service ever. They don't even deserve a star. Had them for 3 months and they picked up our trash 4-6 times tops. It's hard to write this out without cursing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We cannot even get a representative on the phone. We switched to a different company but even they failed to pick up yesterday. Lake Louise is a nightmare.

WORST SERVICE EVER... I called really early in the morning call lasted 25 min (mostly holding) every question I had I was placed on hold THEY TOOK MY CARD INFO didn't give me a confirmation code she said she would call me back, didn't give me an acct number was going to call me back this was all at 9am. I called back at 11 still had not process my payment called back at 2 no payment she said there was 6 customers infront of me...i told her if i would expect a phone call at the end of the business day she said yes (diddnt hear back at all then now its the weekend) its so unprofessional to keep a clients card information 72+hrs and no call back if you cannot get services with another company write down peoples name you speak to. (pron not going to do much)

They are VERY INDISPENSABLE since the owner/man died. Every 2nd or 3rd week they don't pick up on designated day. They expect payments on time without them delivering the same in return.

Do not use them. They take your money and won’t pick up your trash, on time, and/or at all. You can’t ever get them to pick up the phone and their voicemail is always full. Even after I canceled with them they keep charging my credit card. Horrible company not sure how they are still in business?

I have been calling and calling and calling for over a week. cant seem to reach anyone with this company but they sure do want my money even though I canceled my service well over a month ago and I am still getting billed and haven't put out trash for them in 2months or so. there phones just ring, voice mail is full or some voice thing picks up stating its an extension. Amazing how you can not reach anyone. These people are a joke

If I could give negative stars, I would. This "service" is becoming more and more unreliable. Can't get anyone to answer their phone, and they've missed pickup date twice this month. If I had another garbage pickup option , I would drop them in a second!

The story is owner died as reason no pick-up for last month. But then when you call to ask if they are going out of business they say no and will pick up tomorrow. Always tomorrow. Our garbage all in neighborhood is piling up and no sign of them.

I just received a bill when this company has never picked up my trash. No way am I going to pay it.

I am shopping for another company, they are either a day or so late with pick up or don't show at all. Throw our can everywhere, I have to keep buying a new one and we all know they are not cheap Can't get anyone to answer the phone and so in the mean time our trash is out by the road stinking up everything. Not worth a star but have to put one in

Ok service for a while then no pickup found another company 25 dollars cheaper and called to cancel and she said I had a contract which was for a year well that was 1 1/2 years ago.

Please read as she said it auto renews without signing.

They are not dependable at all!!!! They constantly skip picking up garbage and have every excuse in the world why. The only thing they are regular on is the bill they send out, it's never late!! I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!
