had been messed up and that they need to make sure they are giving the right people their right clothes, I made the girl take the pantsuit back because someone else would be very upset if they didnt get it with their pick up. I try to stay within the community & keep local business open but if this is their practice I dont mind taking my business elsewhere.

Save yourself the time & trouble, this place is so careless! I took 6 of my cocktail dress there to be cleaned. I let the 2 females know that I didnt need them that day & they asked if it would be ok to do them the next day. I said it was fine. No one gave me a receipt or slip to pick up my dresses. I called the next morning to see if I had mistakenly included 2 skirts in my drop off. The female who answered said she couldnt find my dresses, after 10 minutes of being on the phone and her questioning me if I had actually dropped anything off & if it was under another name she said she would ask the other girl that came in later to see if she tagged my articles under a wrong name. I received a call back that said they found my dresses and there were no skirts included. When I went to pick up my dry cleaning that afternoon the lady brought out my dresses. Included were my 6 dresses, the 2 skirts they said were not there that same morning & a pantsuit. I explained to the girl everything
