Are you joking???

Just called this business. Asked how long the turnaround time was for maintenance on my lawnmower and the young woman says, "35 business days." I said "3-5 business days?" and she corrected me and repeated, "35 business days." They cannot be serious - you can't run a business like this. But they are the only lawn equipment repair shop in town, so I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

I just wanted to say that Andy took me under his wing 14 years ago. I was just starting my biz here in Bell county. He always gave me advise on what to do and how to do it. Unknown to me Andy passed away from a heart attack in Febuary. I am heart broken because he was friend and I looked up to him like a father. RIP my friend. As far as Jay and Donna you all are the best. Yall make me feel like family. Sully you rock taking care of me and my Toro

Not trustworthy

Had a brand new riding mower, that quit running and would not restart, starter would not even turn over. Called warranty people who sent me to AJ's. Two weeks later Aj's called said repair was not covered under warranty. Said it was bad gas. Funny thing, the gas works fine in another mower. Also when I got it back the switch, position for back up was not working, however it was working just fine before the breakdown. I don't trust these people and told warranty service this, they transferred my call to Husqvarna, who said these people are not factory certified to work on their mowers.... Closest factory warranty people are in Temple Texas.

Do not use

We had brought our equipment into the shop, the gentleman in there tells my husband a price, I call to clarify the price and relay a message. In 10min. the price rose by 80.00 then when we called back (same day 20 min later)the price rose again. We told the guy no thanks. We picked up our stuff and took it to a killeen repair shop..Guess what ,it didn't need repaired at all only blades sharpened and oiled up, yep the cost was more then 200.00 less from what AJ's was going to charge. Bottom line I will never use these crooks.

AJ and his staff have been in the small engine repair business for years. I called them and inquired about getting my lawn mower fixed. The woman who answered the phone was very professional and direct. I took the mower in and she said it would be a two week wait before they could give me an estimate. It was early spring and realized that everybody had waited till they needed to mow to get their mower fixed. Two weeks later the mower had gone through a major tune up and AJ's techs made sure it was correct before I left home. AJ's is a stand up business that really helps the small engine owner. They are direct and don't skimp on service. Most people today wouldn't even thing of going to get a mower fixed, they would buy a new one. Great job AJ's
