No!!! The worst customer service. I got my oil change there and when I left I heard a loud noise like something was dragging. I immediately took it back and asked them what that was. As I sat in my car.. I could hear them talk and the guy said "it's my fault... I did not secure the skid plate properly" and it had apparently ripped off and it was lost right after I drove off. So they said they would just secure it and told me it would be fine and not to worry.. next thing I know.. my BMW is dragging something again and I had to pull over out in the middle of nowhere and try to rip this skid plate off in my work clothes as I tried to crawl underneath.
I took it back to Minit Man and filed a complaint with the manager Jason. 10 days later... no call as to if they are going to take care of something that they did. I finally called Jason.. and he said "Oh I forgot to call... I talked to the GM Fred, and he said they couldn't do anything about it." First of all.. I doubt he even tried to call and second.. they didn't even have the decency to call back. I will NEVER go back there again!!! Very disappointed for the lack of professionalism and common courtesy to hold themselves accountable for the damage.

Provided by YPmobileI took my car in for an oil change, and the technician who did the service broke the engine guard plate off of the bottom of the vehicle. They didn't mention the damage and zip-tied the broken pieces back onto the bottom. The only reason I found out was because I was moving across the state, and there was a dragging sound which caused me to investigate.I have pictures to back my claims, but I cannot upload them here. I know it was minutman because the only people to work on my car before the damage was Firestone, and I observed the bottom of the vehicle and witnessed no damage while they were working on it. I contacted the manager and he wanted me to drive back down to corpus Christi to have the damage inspected to see if it was them. How can they tell? Rather than waste 7hours to travel back there for them to tell me it wasn't their fault, so I am warning anyone else who is considering to get work done here to check the service before leaving.
