Your drivers are lazy, they drop packages in front of my garage over a hundred feet from my home and completely out of view. The first was frozen meat which set in the sun for over 24 hours till I got e-mail telling me it was here late the next day, The next one was out there for a day also and it got completely soaked by the rain by the tome i found out it was there. You do not deserve even one star. not a happy cutomer

out of 12 packages i only got 1 delivered to my house.the rest were delivered down the the street.tried to stop ups truck waiting for a package passes me up.next min. get a text on my phone saying no was at home.when i was standing in my drive waving him down.this is just in the past month.never had a problem with them in 18 years till now.

There must have been a change in management. Before deliveries were made safely and promptly. Recently we have had delivery notification when nothing was delivered. A lightweight UPS envelope left on the porch when the wind was over 35 mph which contained a substantial check and most recently notice that the address was wrong so item wasn't delivered, which was incorrect. Plus the last two were delivered around 8:00 p.m. The first and last were only delivered after complaint/notification to the local office. I have even noticed a change in the deliveries at the office. Not sure what's going on but someone needs to clean house. Can we get our old delivery people back please. Never had a problem for 20+ years until last two months...

come on ups in corpus christi texas my email states it got delivered today feb.26,2013 at 6:00p.m. now what did the deliver driver did with it? it is so large you need a dolly to get it off your truck and then a additional package? make me wonder are they really screening their employees for back ground checks? are your employess marking that it was delivered but the time ran out for them so it is miller time and the driver will droped it off the next day. come on drivers when you dont drop packages were their supposed to go. you make other drivers look bad! i hope the driver delivers my packages soon. i am waiting up for it? i have not seen nor heard a truck all day long here on my street. yea zip code 78408 so get my packages to me soon. i had file a claim with the companies and the delivery service.

Two different times in the last two months UPS was supposed to deliver a package which would arrange my trip out of town. Both times they failed to deliver it on the day before the trip. I missed both trips. I will never use UPS again.

I have had packages stolen from my front porch before. I called and asked them to please knock loudly on the door after leaving a package. I would make sure to be home. Yesterday, they delivered over $275.00 worth of electronics. They didn't bother to knock. I happened to open the door after dark, and there it was. It's a miracle it wasn't stolen. Are they too lazy to knock???

Less than average they were rude and belligerent.

This location allows drivers to deliver packages in a yard while marking the delivery as front door. This has happened several times and complaints have been made to the Corpus Christi and San Antonio offices with absolutely no effect. The latest package was in my yard for 1 month, if it had been delivered to the front door it would have been takin the same day as delivered. UPS has carefully hidden any access for complaints; therefore I am using this format.
