      Terrible customer service!!

      when I tried to cancel my membership the girl said she could not cancel my membership. only 1 person in this whole company can cancel your membership. after months of trying cancel I received 2 bills for over $400.00. no massages no return phone calls went to the location 6 times and the ONE person was never there..do not sign a contract. what a headache...I need a massage now!
