i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because this one has a Real location and a brick building!: After a lot of searching and driving all over Dallas we found Modern Home Patio & Carport there on Church Rd. just off 635 LBJ The other places we went were not real locations in Dallas.At Modern Home Carports they even stock the carport and patio cover materials they used to build my carport with.They answered the telephone when I called with a real employee not a call back recorder or answering service.They arrived ON TIME and did a Great job!Thank You Modern Home for a job well done I will be happy to refer your business........Molly

We looked all over Dallas trying to find a place that had displays with the product in stock.Most of the places are not business locations , just a post office box or someones home.Modern Home Patio & Carport has a real location in Dallas and has been there for 33 years!
