i.e., AIt's impossible to tell the clerks from the customers to ask for help, maybe there were no clerks on the floor--all behind the counter. I had a return, there wasn't a line the day after Christmas but certainly no good feeling from the clerk--no "could I help you find something else", etc., he was busy talking to the other clerks and could barely get my transaction done. I won't go back, poor service and high prices. local favorite, or highly recommended because

Excellent store -- quality products. Owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. He could use better staff. They tend to wander and not know or accomplish much. Training might help -- learning that is a customer has tried on 4 coats - you might be able to help them find what they are looking for quicker so they don't end up leaving overwhelmed.

I am also surprised to see good reviews I walked in and couldn't see the difference between an employee or another customer you would think they would get something that identifies them as employees. Secondly if you shop there be prepared to service yourself because customer service is nonexistent. The new store looks good but thats all they have going for themselves because of their staff they really dragged my opinion down to a rating of poor. As for the products, they are of good quality and pricing is through the roof.

would highly recommend to anyone that is serious about hiking. went in knowing nothing...left with the right gear. My son is going to Philmont NM for a 10 day hike and will have a great experience because he is prepared with the proper gear thats to the friendly, knowledgable and great staff. Thanks!

What a great store with a friendly staff. They have all of the Brands with a focus on high end.

I could pretty much eat Qdoba everyday! Their new BBQ Burrito is awesome ! Their prices are a bit high but the amount of food they give you is always sufficient. They need to be a little more generous with the chips and salsa though...primarily the salsa. It's no fun to have way too many chips left and no salsa to enjoy it.
