It is Tuesday an I just got back from westborn tailor & cleaners . December 27, 2016 , well to start with I took the jacket in the zipper needed to be replaced , the lady behind the counter said it would be 25.00 , I said OK then she said they couldn't start on it til I paid half , it is a Michigan jacket and I told her how much we like it ,she kept it the following day I phoned and a different lady ,mia said it is OK and she gave it to the tailor, so Friday , the 23, we drive to the cleaners and it is closed , time being 8 ish am door locked I knocked no answer ,so I phone to day to say I will be there , and a lady starts to say she was there til 6:00pm sat. I drove over today Tuesday, I walk in tell her I am Susan myers I am here for the Michigan jacket , I tell her I was there Friday, she says I said Saturday, I said nothing about Saturday , I said no Friday, she asks what time, I tell her around 8:00am she says she was open I tell her I knocked and the door was locked and sign on door, she says oh I'm sorry , at that point I ask her if she took the order, she says no , I tell her she is rude and you are too, she says I'm sorry , very sarcastically and I told her to put herself in check , that it is people like you that will never change , I told her ( you are working with the public ) . and I left . I have the jacket and am happy , the workmanship, is excellent . and am pleased but the rest could have been left out . thankyou Susan myers , jacket belongs to friend and he is happy as well .
