My experience was good I didn't have any problems n I loved the car I rented the 2015 charger I didn't burn too much gas I really enjoyed it I love enterprise & now I can use my points for a free rental so thanks enterprise

Enterprise booking center totally screwed up my rental experience. Wrong day requested, wrong class of car, and failed to provide me correct and important information for pickup. Luckily for the franchise the local pickup center in Decatur IL was able to fix "most" of the issues even though it was not their fault. Still if given a option I will never use Enterprise Rent-A-Car again
