They delivered an arrangement to my sick 80 year old aunt. It had wilted roses and within 3 days all the flowers were dead. I called and was told I would receive a call back. I am still waiting!!! Why FTD still does business with them is beyond my comprehension!!!!

after paying 70 dollars,the flowers delivered

a tiny vase, 3 inches wide by 4 inches high with some greens and 3 carnations

for half what i paid buying from flower express,online,and receiving the flowers from you,elixir floral of deltona,.

Worst florist in the world! The flowers were delivered by two young sketchy teenage males. The flowers were wilted, pedals coming off and the edges were brown and crispy. I called to complain and the phone number was disconnected. I also contacted FTD and they didn't seem to care at all. Buyer beware.

absolutely horrible! Flowers barely lasted a day have been trying to get in touch with the company and mailbox has been full. these flowers were sent to me for my mother's passing. such a disgrace get this to for them to die so soon. I will be getting in touch with FTD.
