I went to this place with my daughter because they accepted walk-ins. I expected to wait because we did not have an appointment. what I didn't expect was to be ignored. We were there for about 30 minutes and nobody said a word to us. I waited so long because I wascurious to find out how long it would talk to have somebody say something...anything to us. We left without having anyone speak to us.

There was at least 2 stylist who walked right by us. One person even came and checked the answering machine at the desk (which we were seated next to) and still we were ignored. The last straw besides the 30 minutes was when one of the stylists went outside to talk on her cell phone instead of asking us if we needed help. These people were just plain rude.
