Be warned...They had the best price in town, friendly staff, and my 1year old dog was active all day. But after my dog was attacked, unprovoked according to the facilities own incident report and the word of mouth of every staff member, even Rhonda the owner, things changed very quickly. My dog required staples for the bite wound. Rhonda refused to follow her own contract, that every dog parent signs, that the facility has a "no tolerance policy" for aggressive dogs and that "the dogs owner will be responsible for any harm or damage caused by their dog" . Rhonda refused to give me the other dogs owner info but told me she "gave mine to them and it was up to them to contact me" and that she was " not going to remove the other dog from day care" but she would "give me $100.00 Off the next contract I signed with her" Why would I return my dog to a place where there is an aggressive dog? We have tried repeatedly to talk with Rhonda and are responded back to with a condescending and insulting attitude from her. AVOID.
