I have been too many Mexican restaurants before and this one certainly ranks high on the list. I love the dishes in here, fresh and very Mexican, authentic.

It's greasy, it's cheesy and it's delicioso! Take it from this former SoCal'er that has been to his share of greasy spoon mexican joints. It's one of the best in Des Moines for authentic taco/burritos/platos and tortas. Their portions are generous and super value priced. You can't beat it. If you don't leave this place feeling sick from overeating you might be a competitive eater. Try it once, you'll be back. Only drawback is the wait time because they make everything to order. Well worth it.
