I always get the help i need when i go there. But somethings are over priced. I ordered a stripped Anderson lower 1 month went by before i heard anything about it. Come to find out that the manufacturer sold out. But it took 1 month and a couple days, alot of phone calls and finally me going up there to find out that the manufacturer completely sold out... had to spend 20-30 more on a lower that they had in stock that would not fit the upper i had. Their mobile website needs work done to it... tried using the regular website to find out how much gunsmithing would cost (all from cell phone) but keeps sending me back to the mobile site where i can't view what I'm trying to see.... website gets 2 stars, employees ill give them 4, the store itself is very nice 4 stars, and overall id give 3 stars

Not enough good things can be said about the staff here, because of my job I am becoming an irregular, regular always friendly. Took my young son in to the sales floor, told the counter guy just looking and he still showed my son a rifle and answered all his 12 year old questions as if he was buying, put a smile on both sides of the boys face

I am from Australia and not being use to guns was scared at first , but after seeing how professional and friendly , helpful the staff are , I now go there regularly and have my own guns now .

Nice range over priced. Guns really over priced find cheaper they won't meet prices. Better off to go elsewhere

I've been to most of the ranges in the Houston area and the Arms Room is by far one of the nicest. Store is also very nice. Prices are comparable with everyone else around town.

Nice Range and large selection of merchandise(holsters etc.) those are the only two positive things I can say about this business. Inventory was way way overpriced(anywhere from $100 - $300 on firearms and everything else was noticebly higher than other places). Customer service has also gone down the tube since they've moved to new location. I've noticed that if your tacticool and have a fat wallet the sales staff will pay attention to you. If your a regular guy that needs info they treat you like a total dummy. I frequented their business before the move/expansion and they were nice down to earth people, now I try my hardest to stay out of there. I reluctently have to get something there bc everyone else is out of stock. They'll gladly over charge you with a smile , if you can get them to pay atttention to you.
