Unfortunately this establishment is filled with employees as well as managers that are very rude and hard to work with. They are very unprofessional and abrasive. I would not recommend this establishment

The Aaron's in Dorchester suxs my grandmother has been waiting for her couches for 3 weeks and nothing I give them a call asking to speak with a manager and CARLOS states that he is the general manager so I spoke with him he gave me details as to why the couches hasn't been ordered then he became rude and started laughing over the phone I work in human resource and he was very unprofessional as we ended the call I stated his name and his general manager title then he says he's not the general manager.. Do you really think I would try to resolve this issue with an associate??

The one in Dorchester sucks! They had me waiting all day for a delivery that never showed & then when I called to see what happened all Carlos could say was im sorry blah blah blah like are you kidding right now! Yall could have called! So f the Dorchester location! They all be banging eachother on the floor models! I wish there was reviews about this place before I gave them my money! Plus that same day-next day delivery advertisement is a dang lie!! They don't delivery like how they say! & that's just wrong!!! So think about this post before you go to Aaron's in Dorchester.. Freaking ghetto azz place! And that one star is there because there is no dislike button!!!
