Worst customer service ever,I went there to trade in a game and a controller for the ps4. And I have returned numerous items to gamestop before and am understanding the procedures used to check out used items being sold to gamestop,but that wasn't the case here. Instead I was asked in a very sarcastic tone why was it that I wanted to trade in the remote,which I told him that it worked just that I wanted to purchase a new one with the money I received from the returned items. His service,or should I say lack of service made quick transaction into an awful experience,and you would wonder why the manager didn't take any course of actin is because he was standing watching and didn't discourage his lack of customer service.
