Brought my car in today for a light bulb change good service and quick, thanks guys... thanks to Miguel Alves for being so helpful and hospitable and to Mike who took care of my car..you're the best.

I brought my BMW to them and they charged me $135 just to look at it. After paying that, they claimed they needed to look at it some more and that would be an additional $399. I was outraged when they told me that it was probably the head and will cost me thousands to repair.I then towed the car to a local mechanic who found the issue and fixed it the same day all for under $400, while Open Road BMW in Edison wanted to charge me over $500 just too look at it and diagnosed it with an estimate of thousands.Needless to say, I will never take my BMW to their service department again and I recommend you don't either
