the actual purchase of frame of lenses was highly unsatisfactory in that I was unable to exchange glasses to my satisfaction. The technician first advised me to contact my insurance, which I did, then the same technician refused to exchange glasses due to other technicalities that I was not advised of prior to purchasing these glasses.
