Been there 2x - same day appointments. These vets go out of your way to help. Super friendly staff! Great knowledge base too. They sit with you, explain what is going on and then let you know your options.

In fact, during one of my visits, the vet laid on the floor with my dog because he was skittish about having his paw touched. It worked. My dog, in-between being licked, was very receptive of the exam.

They never rush you. I was there for over 45 minutes the last time and that was with the vet not a vet assistant. I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews but this vet hospital deserves it!
