The person told me one of my shirts needed to be dry cleaned instead of laundered due to being too dirty around the sleeves so I said okay. The next time he said the same thing, but about 4 of them and I said no thanks since it didn't make that much difference last time. The next time he took it upon himself to dry clean SIX of them and just charge me for them. Wasn't apologetic and was actually kind of snippy. I will never go back there even though it is the only cleaner near my house.

We dropped off 24 pieces of clothes and they ruined 4 pieces. One short sleeved cashmere sweater came back with 6 huge holes in it, one dress blouse was stretched twice its size and had iron markings on it, one suit coat had the tag ripped out behind the neck which made a huge hole in it, and one dress shirt came back with marks on it that were never there before. When we confronted them about it, the manager admitted that they must have accidentally put them on the wrong cycle. Right after admitting that, he said that our dog may have also put the holes in the sweater. Why would we pay for a sweater full of holes to be cleaned? He then went on to say that they do not give refunds and for us to take them to small claims court!! They never tried to apologize nor did they try to reimburse us for the clothes that they damaged. Our bill was $125 + dollars and they never tried to once to reconcile the situation, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
