I have been taking my buuddie "Gunnar" there for years with a multitude of problems. Everyone on the staff here is loving and caring and goes way beyond what a person would expect. Dr. Robinett is top notch and really cares. She has saved my boys life and has gone way beyond what one would expect from a vet. Dr. Bin is also an excellent Dr. She is gentle, caring and thorough as expected. When I bring my boy in for a visit, sometimes there is a wait time, but that can be expected as it is a walk-in clinic. A person just needs to figure out the best time and day to make that visit. I give a great big hug to all employees there, as they deserve it.

I have taken my dog there twice. The Doctor was Knowledgable and did everything and more that other vets do. The staff was courtious and helpful. Sometimes having to wait without an appt. is a bit stressful, but it is what it is.

I have been to value vet many times with my pets over several years. I find that the front office staff wants to add on to the services performed. I suspect that they may get bonuses on what extra the office staff can push on you. I do not like it. But I find their doctors competent.

I have been going to value vet for 3 years now and it seems to me that although some staff try their hardest others are pushy and rood. They could definately use to pick up in their politeness on how they work togeather and sometimes even their coments to their customers. The doctors really know their stuff and are very personable however they are to the point about everything, I like that quality. They are not very organized about treatment or payment time. It always seems that they try to add on other things that my pet supposedly needs when I bring him in. I say good luck if you go.
