Dr. Goldfarb is a fine doctor, however his time with the patients is often very brief.

Over the past 4 to 5 years I have consistently had poor experiences with the front desk staff, they are rude and have zero regard for a patients time. Appointments are routinely behind schedule, 45 minutes to an hour is the norm, but by no means the the worst experienced during my times in the office. For a 9:30 am appointment time the Doctor isn't even in the building until after 10:30am.

Try to get an appointment when sick, and you will be told 8 to 10 days, even when available to travel to the other office locations.

Try to get an appointment after a hospital follow up and you will be offer 8 to 10 days if lucky. Make an appointment 2 to 3 weeks in advance if you plan on having an unexpected illness!

When having issues the Doctor will call you but seems oblivious to the persistent issues with getting appointments and the rude front desk, so nothing changes or improves.

Billing can also be an issue, when an insurance that they do take is more than standard work to bill they say that they don't accept that insurance, so as a patient you end up doing it yourself with your insurance company and despite the time that takes it works out....but it is on you to do it.

Too many poor experiences with the office, so my family had to leave this group.

This Doctor saved my life... The time spent with this Doctor is straightforward and to the point. He is conservative and because of that my life has changed. If you are looking for medication to string yourself out on, dont bother with this office. If you are looking for real help with real problems you will have found the right office and right doctor.

This Doctor spent all of five minutes in the room with me, as a new patient. He then preceeded to tell me he didn't think I have the problem which I've been being treated for for the past year, by a Doctor who evaluates me very closely. He only did a partial exam, and did not even evaluate a whole other body part that I have this condition in. He never read the 4 page physical form I had to fill out. He was rude, and I left his office in tears, and I will never go back. I am currently looking into how to fill out a complaint about this man.
