My mother in law who is not all that technical of a person, went there not long ago for an emissions test. About 20-30 mins pass and the tech comes in saying the fuel pump just died. I found this hard to believe and she did not have her owners manual on her so I could not check the fuse or relay to see if it were something that simple. The next day we had the car towed to our usual mechanic, who does not do emissions testing. He goes into the fuse box just as I had planned to, and guess what, there is not even a fuse present. So our mechanic puts in a new $2 fuse and the fuel pump works just fine. This place tried to basically STEAL 1200$ from someone who knows nothing about cars, and if I had had the time and manual I could have checked it myself. They are no better than a CROOK who preys on people who have no other option.
