Takes a little while to get work done but they are budy. Best cobler i know of. Does unbelievable work. And the costs are very reasonable

Brought a pair of my daughter's designer leather boots here because they needed the zipper replaced. They called me a few weeks later to say that they were ready for pick up. I sent them off to my daughter in NYC without checking them out first. She called me later to say that she was so pleased with the job. The zippers matched perfectly and they cleaned them so nicely that they looked brand new. Well worth the time and $36. I highly recommend this business.

Does very nice work but never done on time!! It takes 2 or 3 trips to get your shoes. Very antiquated method of doing business. Hard to park, especially 2 or 3 times. Needs to upgrade business model !! It's 2012.
