Outstanding services provided by the entire staff. My care is tailored to what works best for me and I'm listened to and included in the plans for my care. Highly recommend!

By far and large one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a healthcare specialist and I didn't even make it into the door. Their answering services are medieval at best. Expect to wait 30+ minutes which require constant inputs to remain on the line. When you do get though, Don't expect caring staff to show empathy for your pain or suffering. You might be scheduled sometime in the next 2-3 months, that's if you had a referral from your PCP. Leave a message? What a joke. They might get back to you in the next 3 weeks if they bother to check their messages that month. This is hardly a professional facility and the company should really get their act together. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
