Provided by YPmobileI recently bought a top for my grandmother it didn't fit the way she would like so she tried returning it, they said they couldn't refund her (she had a gift receipt which if it's store policy I understand) my problem is not that they wouldn't refund her but that they acted like she was beneath them and wanting cash back which she didn't she just asked that they put it back on my card . I called just to get the return policy and I was treated rude on the phone first off she says oh was it the lady that just left well she was wanting me to give her cash and I can't, (so lying about my grandmother to me) and when I called her out on her rude attitude she cut me off demanding I tell her how she was rude finally after asking for the corporate number 3 times and she was speaking over me I lost my temper told her to shut up an just give me the number she goes on to then call me rude and after I ask 2 more times gives me a fake number.

Provided by YP.comIf I could give negative stars, I would. This facility's sales associates were abysmal at best. I went here after I received a birthday gift from my mother in law and wanted to return as it wasn't my taste. Granted, I had just gotten off of a long shift at a local medical center, so I didn't look as presentable as I normally would. I took the gift item up to the counter and an older sales associate barely acknowledged me and finally I had to ask her if she could help me. She was extremely rude, and to top it all off, she said that she could not return nor exchange my item as I did not have a receipt. I explained it was a gift and I was not about to ask my mother-in-law for the receipt as to not hurt her feelings, so I just took my item and left. As a physician, I am more than capable of buying anything in this store, but to deal with such customer service, I encourage taking your business elsewhere.
