We don't go to the vet side because it is overpriced but have gone to grooming side for a few years and have been happy every time.

I just moved to the Fishers area and was looking for a new vet. came across Bridgeview Animal Hospital and saw that they offer a new client exam coupon. So I took advantage of this great offer and called to make an appointment to check the place out. The person who I talked to was very welcoming and was able to get me in the same day. When arriving for my appointment, they greeted me with a smile. some vets that I have been to, the staff seemed like they did not enjoy their job but here, you can tell they woke up on the right side of the bed. The nurse that took care of my baby was very gentle as she can be very nervous around strangers. The doctor I saw had very good bed side manner and I felt comfortable with her. I have met some vets that don't seem too compassionate about the care of other peoples pets and for that reason, I have put my business elsewhere. My baby was not as stressed as she normally is so I think I have found my vet home. As long as she's happy, I am happy:)

I love this place and my dogs go crazy everytime we pull into the parking lot...The Staff is awesome...from the time i enter the front door to the time i leave the hospital...they care for and treat my pets as if they were treating there own pets....The service is awesome...the doctors took there time and explained everything in detail and gave me the opportunity to ask questions...will definitely be a life log client of Bridgeview Animal Hospital...

I took my dog for her annual visit to Bridgeview and can't say enough about them. From the moment I walked in everyone was amazing! The doctor & technician that saw my pet was very helpful in answering all my questions. Would recommend this vet to anyone who is looking for a new vet clinic.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with both Bridgeview Animal Hospital and Bridgeview Grooming Salon. It's a "one stop shop" for all of my needs for all four of my precious fur babies!



Everything about this place is fantastic. The facility is probably one of the cleanest veterinary offices I've ever stepped into, and the costs are incredibly reasonable. The staff is always courteous, friendly, and informative, and the doctors take the time to listen to your concerns & address them head on. Every single time we visit we feel valued and important!



Bridgeview Grooming Salon is the best in the Indy area! The groomers are always kind and gentle with my pup & he's always excited to come in and see everyone! Kim has been grooming my dog for ages and he always looks fantastic. She treats my dog as if he is one of her own.

We were planning on breeding our dog and so had not sprayed her. She had her cycle and after two days started a discharge and then was becoming less active. So we took her to Bridgeview. They looked at the discharge and said it could be a second cycle. The next day as she got worse, we called the breeder and the breeder told us to rush to another vet as she said it could be a bacterial infection of the uterus. We took her to Michigan Road Animal hospital at Crooker Creek and they immediately took an X-ray and found that the infection was beyond medical treatment and had to do an immediate surgery.

When I brought it to the attention, the Bridgeview Hospital, instead of apologizing, wrote a nasty letter telling that I was yelling and because of that they don't want to treat our pets. I am not interested in paying these guys to kill my pet anyway

Dr. Graves is the only vet in the office I would recommend seeing. He's great. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the others. It's a beautiful facility, but Dr. Boucher and Dr. Martel need to learn a few lessons is tact and sensitivity.

I picked a puppy from the Human Soc several years ago and found the poor animal to be in horrible health and on deaths door step with several life threatening conditions.

Dr Graves and the staff diligently stayed with the treatment program and literally save her life. Whthout such attention the animal would of never survived.

I'm forever grateful for this effort as the dog is approaching 5 years having no difficulties.

We are new to Indiana and were fortunate to go to Bridgeview and Dr. Graves for our first appointment. Beginning with an initial phone call to make an appointment and then all during our meeting with the special lady (and I apologize for forgetting her name) who set up Lacey's records, took our information and clipped Lacey's nails and then meeting with Dr. Graves....it was just terrific. Everyone was friendly and caring and made us feel at ease and welcome...and Lacey was treated carefully and succesfully. I wish 'people' doctor's could have such a wonderful 'bedside manner'!! I will be recommending Dr. Graves and his staff to all the pet owners I meet in our new neighborhood at Britton Falls. Thanks so much to everyone. p.s. The additional information - email- and follow-up phone calls were just wonderful and I feel so comfortable having this group of professionals available to help me take care of my kitty.

My husband and I have been very impressed with this state-of-the-art Vet Clinic. Dr. Graves and his staff have shown exceptional care for our dog. It's easy to see why Dr. Graves has received top Vet. honors in the country. We've commented that our dog's office is more high-tech than our our family physician's office. Very few doctors have digital imaging in their office. It's so nice having a Laboratory and Pharmacy all located in one place. Our dog has received post-cards, emails, and even phone reminders of upcoming visits. Their user-friendly website provides helpful tips, coupons, and on-line scheduling. We've also been impressed with his Grooming Salon. The staff their took extra time to assure us on our puppy's first grooming experience and a free Vet. exam was included. Bridgeview has thought of everything and has shown excellence in all they do.

We have a very active house with 6 kids, 3 dogs (young and old), and 2 cats with very different needs. Whether they needed something to get them better or just shots we felt that they had received the best treatment possible. We loved Dr Graves and his staff. They even called the next day to see how things were or if we had any questions. My own doctor doesn't even do that.

We were so happy with the way we were treated by the staff...they made us feel comfortable to ask questions and not foolish for needing things explained to us but even more important was how they took care of our dog Bubba. We would recommend Dr Graves and his hospital to anyone.

I took my new puppy Chase to Bridgeview Animal Hospital because it was close to my house. When I called to set my appointment I felt like I was calling family. They were very nice and were able to work around my busy schedule to get him in. Chase is the first pet I have ever owned so I did not know what to expect. The entire staff was very nice and really informative. I could tell they were trying to make me feel at home. The place seems like home with a tvs and childrens toys in the lobby. I went into the visiting room ,the lady was eager to pick up Chase and play with him. She told me what he would need, his shots, and a neuter. Dr. Graves came into the room and Chase really liked him. The doc had nothing but good things to say about Chase and he was also eager to give me some great tips on getting him house broken. I expressed to him that I didn't have a lot of money, he smiled and said "we have a special plan that will work great for you". I never knew you could make payments on pet care if only they did that for humans. I also don't have to pay for visits anymore either. That made the whole thing worth while. I would recomend everyone to take their pet to Bridgeview.

This hospital is the best vet hospital I have ever visited. I have had pets all my life...and these guys are the most caring and concerned group of folks I have ever encountered. The hospital is always spotless and my pets have never been more comfortable at the vet than they are at Bridgeview. Dr. Graves obviously loves his work...he is sincerely caring and concerned about me and my pet. I would recommend this hospital to ANYONE looking for quality and caring pet care!
