I was in Advanced Auto about thirty minutes ago. I did not get the young man's name who "assisted" me, but he was very rude. He wears glasses and has blonde hair/a cropped hair cut. I approached him and let him know that I just recently bought a used car. I told him that my key fob does not work and asked if he could check and see if it is the battery. I also asked if he could check the car battery life of the car, just so I can be aware of what condition the battery is in. He told me he could not check the key fob, that I could pop it open and check it myself. He then proceeded to tell me the batteries for the key fob are "back there." Furthermore, the young man told me that I needed to give him a minute to check the battery of my vehicle because he had "other customers to help," as if he did not have two other co-workers in the store to assist with the customers. In that moment, I was a customer as well, and I had waited patiently in line just like everyone else had. I was very disappointed. I walked "back there" to look for the batteries, but just decided to leave instead. I wish I had been helped with someone who had a better attitude.

I had an awful experience with Advanced. I had them install two amps and some speakers into my brand new 2014 GMC Sierra and it did not go well. First off, it took them 6 hours to do the job and when I got my truck back, they had busted up my door trim on the driver's door and the passenger door would not open from the inside. They let me drive off knowing the trim was just setting in place. There was grease on my passenger seat. I took it back to them the next day and they were apologetic and fixed the mechanical issue and ordered the trim piece for the driver's door. Several weeks later, I needed my wheel lock key for my tires (which was in the glove box), it was gone! Besides myself, they were the only people inside of my truck. I'm sure it was lost during my install, but of course they deny even opening my glove box. Fool me once............

I had Josh help me he did a awesome job finding my parts and in a very timely matter!!!!
