Pros: Been getting Beds here for the last 8 years. Both experiences were great as far as the sales go. The delivery cost ranges depending on your location which is good. Anywhere from $40-$80 depending on location. The first time i bought a bed here, i had an issue with the box springs breaking as soon as i got it put together due to a knothole in one of the boards. Had NO problem swapping it with a better box springs free of charge. Nice family company with best interests in mind.



Cons: It's an outlet, so don't expect the best of product. Some of the items are older and have sat longer in stock (dry rotted/knotholes). This last experience was told they'd throw in some extra support boads (bogey boards?) for free since i got the larger size bed, but then during the write up, retracted the statement saying they were giving me more off the bed/frame so couldn't throw in the bogey boards for free, even though it was stated they would.



4/5 just for feeling awkward when inquiring why the retraction on the free item due to the high purchase amount i made.
