We use high heat (210 degrees) truck mounted equipment. We prespray with a synthetic detergent that loosens deep soil trapped in the carpet. Then we extract the detergent with 210 degrees pure water, leaving only clean carpet with zero residue.This process leaves your carpet cleaner longer, because there is no detergent or residue in your carpet for dirt to cling to.
