this lady has told so many different stories and has lied to many people. Her car was indeed towed from her apartment complex for not having a parking permit and the apartment complex parking lot is permit parking only, she has posted on many websites lying to people by telling them her car was with her at her son school and that we are lying about when we towed the car but if that is so she is admitting to illegally driving the car because the DMV temporary permit is also expired but thats not true becuase for one we take documented pictures of the vehicles when they come into the impound and those pictures have date and time stamps on them and also we have to report them to the police department as a towed car so they have record of it being towed as well. Her window was indeed blown out due to extreme heat built up inside the car because all the windows were rolled up and there was no ventilation, she called us on 5-1-18 which is the day we towed the car and she told us she had no money to get the car back because she is a single mom and had to use what money she had left to pay her rent and she wanted us to open our gates and look away while she took the car and wanted us to pretend like nothing happened, she never contacted us again until after we sent our certified notification letter to who she says is her brother who owns the car not her so then after we had already had the car for 25 days is when she decided to come get the car but not when the bill was much cheaper, she asked her dad to pay the $1080 bill for her and now she is trying to dispute the charges to take the money when the money is not rightfully hers, we took documented pictures of the window, the ground by the window and inside the car after the window blew out due to heat when she came to pick up the car she slammed the door very hard knocking more glass into the car and after doing that she took her own pictures of more glass inside of her car claiming we knocked out her window out of anger, no we did not, there was 2 people out in the impound when the window blew out and the heat rolled out the window after it broke. she can lie all she wants but i am posting this to every website she posted hers to so people know the real truth and that her lies are not ok.

This company is some b.s. they tow you and make it nearly impossible to get your car back by having 45 minute workdays. Then when you disagree with their business ethics they bash in the window of your car. Screw this company.

I recently had the misfortune of doing business with this company. The listed address is incorrect. The real address has no business sign. The office is a shed. The lot very muddy. They deal in cash only. No checks and no credit cards. I did not get a good feeling while doing business with these people.
