I went to this dentist because it was close to my home. They did a cleaning that lasted all of five minutes. I waited for a return call regarding additional services that I needed approval from my insurance company. I received a call saying that the work was approved and to call the office for my co-pay amount. I returned the call but they don't answer the phone, answer machine doesn't pick up until the phone rings about 8-10 times. I finally received a call back and was told someone would call me with the information that afternoon. Two days later I am calling again leaving messages they don't respond. I have never been treated so unprofessionally by a Doctor in my life.

I recommend skipping this place the customer service sucks and the hygienist acted like she couldn't be bothered.

Horrible place, avoid it..!
