Great and professional service. I called for an appointment and they came out the next business day. Danny was extremely nice and very professional. He needed to fix two sliding doors, with one of them nearly impossible to even open. On a hot August afternoon in south Florida, he took the doors apart on the patio and fixed them in about 2 hours. Now it's like brand new doors!! We can literally open the door with a single finger.

Wow.... I just had my sliding glass door and screen fixed by Ben. He was professional, on time, and clean! My sliding glass door was so hard to open, and the handle and the lock were always loose. The screen door had so many patches. The sliding glass door now opens so smoothly, and I got a new handle and lock that does not wobble. The screen door does not have any holes or patches and it glides along the clean track that Ben fixed. This is the best money I ever spent on fixing something in my house. I highly recommend Ben at Smooth Sliders. He is amazing!!

ADDRESSED THE IMMOBILITY OF OUR HUGE BALCONEY DOOR. MY SPOUSE AND I WERE IMPRESSED WITH MR. BEN'S HOLISTIC PRESENTATION. MR. BEN ARRIVED ON TIME, AND IN LESS THAN 60 MINUTES WAS ABLE TO REMOVE OUR 400 POUND DOOR, REPLACE TWO SETS OF ROLLERS, AND COMPLETE THE WORK. THE WORK WAS DONE PEACEFULLY AND SUPER CLEAN. QUESTIONS WERE ADDRESSED WITH THOUGHT PROVOKING TIPS TO MAINTAIN GOOD WORKING FUNCTION. MR. BEN ALSO INSTALLED MY NEW HANDLE SET WITHOUT ADDITIONAL EXPENSE. MY SPOUSE A REALTOR ASSOCIATE WAS HAPPY TO HAVE MET SMOOTH ROLLERS, SHE OFTEN FINDS THE BALCONEY DOOR THAT HAS NOT OPENED IN YEARS, AND HAS INVESTED LONG HOURS INQUEST OF DOOR TECHNICIANS WHO WERE POORLY SKILLED, DID NOT SHOW UP FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS AND WANTED TO CHARGE UNREALISTIC PRICES.
