A new owner has taken over and the ladies there are fabulous! Their customer service is on point and are always happy and ready to help. I've shipped with them a couple of times already and I won't ever go to the Post Office or a regular FedEx or UPS store again.

We were on vacation and needed to ship a photo frame home. This was the closest place to the airport, so we went in. He was real iffy to begin with. It needed to be well wrapped and packaged or it would break easily, we showed him this and repeated it several times. He said "no problem" but ups likes to break stuff I ship. Great! we are almost late for our plane and running out of time, so we paid for the shipping and got to our flight. When the package finally arrived, over 2 weeks later, because he didnt send it for over a week, and after I called him about it, it finally gets here RUINED. He just shoved it in a peiced together box with no packaging but two crumpled up newspapers at each end. So we made the claim to UPS, which they approved, but appatently the check goes to the shipper for the item and then they have to send it to us. With weekly calls since April, and it is now October, I still do not have a check. So not only did we pay him for a REALLY BAD packaging job, but now he has kept the money from UPS on top of it and there is no way we can get our money back. So I am out hundreds of dollars because of this flake. DONT LET HIM SHIP ANYTHING FOR YOU IT WILL BE RUINED!!!!!!!! and it makes you click on a star for the rating but he deserves a zero not even a 1
