      Their BBB grade is an A- I had an excellent experience with Touma's all these reviews do are scare brides for no reason. Order your dresses early like you are supposed to and there will be no problem!!

      Be Warned....they will treat you nice until after purchase. Horrible alterations...unprofessional in dealing with the client. Toumas puts their store first, customer is always wrong!! F rating with BBB...check it out!
