We bought our Kirby vac in 2001. Since moving to Ft Worth in 2009 we had driven back to Arlington when we needed something. No more! The folks at Bruner were friendly, helpful & efficient. They had what we needed at a reasonable price. The store has sort of a 'mom & pop' feel, but they are knowledgable & current.

The lady who answered the phone was more than enough friendly and answered my questions. And gave me suggestions when she couldnt even help!
