When we received our final contract (one week before event) there was a 20% service charge added to EVERYTHING!!! This was never disclosed in anything we signed and feel we held hostage as at that point there was no where else for us to hold our event. Facility also had air conditioning and plumbing problems!! Consider very carefully before you book anything with this facility.
