made an appointment for a cut & style on a wig I had purchased at another store. I was very disappointed with the outcome. I didn't feel that the lady who cut my wig was very competent. Nor did she seem very comfortable or confident working on my wig. I don't think she had a clue as to what to do. I had to ask her several times to shorten it more. Basically it was just a little snip, snip. The end results were it didn't look much different regarding length and fullness. The only styling done to the wig was a brush through & an application of a light hair spray. It actually looked worse coming out than it did going in. I regret going there. It was a waste of not only my $35.00, but my time & the trouble. I would not recommend this place at all. I will say the lady that I used was very friendly & sweet...but that didn't produce the results I had hoped for from her service. I'm giving this a 1 star only to allow me submit my review. .
