My family amd I had dinner here for Christmas because it was the only restaurant open near us. Man I tell you, worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant! Our waiter barely understood us and wasn't attentive to our needs. One example is that we wait for about an hour for one entree while other tables around us that have arrived after us already had all their entrees served. It also took them another 30 mintues afterwards just for 4 bowls of steamed rice, even though we asked for a plate of chicken fried rice. Another example is that I asked our waiter for a cup of water and she came back with a pot of tea, I had to ask another waiter for water!
The food was alright, but it was not worth the stress and long wait. All in all, the food is average, while the service is atrocious.

This restaurant features daily dim sum which is OK, not horrible, not awesome. But it's just downstairs from my office so very convenient. The reason I gave it 4 stars is the lobster fried rice which is not only wonderful but relatively inexpensive. Lunch time tip -- they have take-out lunch, including 3 different dim sum options. Call ahead your order and by the time you walk down to pick it up, it's ready to go.
