Worst service department around. Took my van there for a noise coming from rear brakes. They told me they took my van out several times but could not duplicate the noise. Without them hearing the noise they could not fix anything. They charged me the $132 diagnostic fee. After I paid I realized THEY ONLY DROVE 3 MILES!!! General Manager won’t acknowledge why they would not actually try to find the problem. After a second visit they found the problem but left pliers clamped to my emergency brake line. Again, still waiting for the GMs response from 2 weeks ago!

There are plenty of honest Dodge dealerships out there, Freehold Dodge is not one of them.
