great prices and quality work

My uncle needed the tires on his car to be swap, so we took it to Citi Tires. The mechanic said that we also need to change the lugnutts because they were not made for the car. He estimated all the charges to be $200.00. He assured us that his price is just because all he's really doing is looking out for my uncle's safety since he will have to drive 6 hours back home. However, just after 2 hrs on the road, one of the tires came off. To add injury to insult, the wobbling motion of the car severely damaged the side of the car, not to mention, it was in the middle of the night on the freeway. My uncle and his daughter were only able to find one lugnutt from the fall out tire, so they had to remove each lugnutt from the other three tires and put the tire back on. Fortunately, they were able to make it back home safely after stopping every 30 mins to check on the tire. We went back to the shop to complain, and showed proofs of photographs, but the owner's son (he was also the mechanic that helped us), claimed that his father was on vacation for 2-3 wks and there was nothing that he can do until his dad returns. We asked for his dad's cell phone # so that we can directly contact him, but his son denied that his father has a cell phone. That was baloney. Who in this day in age with such a business doesn't have a cell phone? So anyways, we'll have to wait. I've talked to some friends, and the same thing happened to them, although they were traveling on smaller streets and no damages were done to their cars. My suggestion is that you would only go to them if you want to die, because their service is horrible. Not only that, they are trying to buy time so that they won't have to own up to their responsibilities. Thank God nothing happened to my uncle and his daughter.
