I understand that Buckle is very expensive, but it is expensive because these employees are running on commission. Let’s just get that information out first before I tell my experience.



So I ordered two pairs of jeans online and one pair was on back order, but my other pair came in. So I thought I can just walk in and out during my lunch break to get my jeans. This lady who seemed sweet greeted me at the register and asked for my name and phone number to look up where my jeans are in the back. So she comes out with girl jeans that are under the name of Randi... my name is Dane, I don't understand how that rhymes with Randi. So she goes to the back to look again and takes her sweet time and didn't come out with my jeans and purposely ignored me to go to the register and add on more sales to get higher commission. So I asked another associate named Kelsey who was fast and sweet about getting my jeans while the other girl sits there and laughs. I was truly disappointed on how I was treated by that woman.



I called the general manager today and she was no help at all and came up with excuses on why this associate acted the way she acted. The general manager also laughed and had another conversation while I was explaining to her about her associate was treating me.



This store needs to shape up on their customer service and also have more mature people running this place. It's a good store to get nice quality jeans, but if you get annoyed with bad customer service then don't go here.
